It can sometimes be as extreme as: do I have my part timer come in this week or not, I could really save that extra $150.00++. Today we all need to get ccreative and cut back on the tools and expenses we used to pay for- for the help we needed. Today is about helping your self!

Just so you all know APA was designed for short use over long periods of time. We are like the mechanic for your business we help with the engine and make sure it is running right , then send you out on the road. You only come back for routine visits to keep it working properly.

In a slow economy there are amazing deals to be found. For example a new store opening Spring 09, needed all the normal fixture. Due to the state of the economy stores are going out of business. If you are going into business now is the time to get the supplies you need and help colleagues make back some money they might have lost. Buy used fixtures, hangers, mannequins, etc from these business going out. This client in particular save oodles on negotiating a fabulous lease agreement and almost all the fixtures below wholesale. This client had the out look that instead of self help in a bad economy and just accepting prices, first offers, defeat. This client had the self help mentality and negotiated price and guidelines.

Not only has this particular customer cut their opening expense’s in half, they have gain confidence and a skill set that they would have never been able to do before.

Even if you aren’t going into business, now is the time to maybe update your store with some of these found items. New look and feel can intice customers to come in a shop. Every penny counts right now.
