The American youth in the 80’s lived thru many changes in the corporate structure aka downsizing. This group of Americans is now setting the standard for the new workforce.
Entrepreneurship is in the mainstream. One million new business’s are launched every year here in the United States. These kids from the 80’s (such as myself) have had the choice to choose a new mantra. Instead get out there and go get a job, it’s get out there and create the job.
I know many of you have heard it from your Parents,“Why don’t you just get a real job.” Yikes I hate to hear that.
Many entrepreneurial leaders have said that there successes are not because of the idea, quite the contrary the “idea” is usually ordinary, it’s the superior execution of the business that proves results.
So how can we take your “idea” and motivate you to take that idea and execute it to the superior?
