Inspect what you Expect
When you inspect what you expect you might find that what expectations you have are not what employees or the other parties have in mind. It is important to inspect motivation on expectations and rewards for the expectations. This will impact the organizations health if they are not all the same.
So before you get upset that expectations are not being met, look at:
-What are the expectations?
-Is the time frame achievable?
-Do they have the tools to reach expectations?
-Where you clear on the expectations?
If you inspect what you expect you will keep your organization happy and healthy!
